1. About Us
V.I Jewellers, 42 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8EB. By placing an order with us you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, stock issues or identity verification concerns arise. A binding contract is formed only once we confirm despatch.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our secure payment provider. Title in the goods passes to you on receipt of cleared funds.
4. Delivery
UK orders are despatched fully insured. Risk passes to you on delivery. A signature is required for all shipments. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
5. Returns & Bespoke Items
Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition, for a full refund or exchange. Bespoke, engraved, resized and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable as they are produced specifically for you.
6. Authenticity & Hallmarking
All eligible pieces are hallmarked in accordance with UK law. Pre-owned watches are independently authenticated and serviced where required prior to despatch.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the item(s) in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
