To process orders and bookings, respond to enquiries, provide aftercare, and — only with your consent — send updates about new pieces and private viewings.

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted partners who help us operate (couriers, payment processors, insurers) and where required by law.

Your data is stored securely on encrypted services. We retain it only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

8. TrueDepth Camera & Face Data (Virtual Try-On)

Our Virtual Try-On feature uses your device's camera, including Apple's TrueDepth API on supported devices, to overlay jewellery onto a live preview of your face, hand or wrist.

What we collect: Face and depth data is processed in real time, on your device only, to position the virtual jewellery accurately.

What we do NOT do: We do not record, store, transmit, share or sell any face data, depth maps, camera frames or biometric information. Nothing from the TrueDepth sensor leaves your device. This data is never sent to V.I Jewellers' servers or any third party, and is never used for advertising, analytics, identification or building a user profile.

Retention: Face and depth data exists only in device memory during the Try-On session and is discarded immediately when you close the feature.

You can revoke camera access at any time via your device's Settings → Privacy → Camera.
